A tiger at the door.
In Korean folk painting, the tiger guards the household and keeps bad luck outside. In 1988 a friendly one named Hodori welcomed the whole world to Seoul. We borrowed his name and his job: open the door, sit you down, and feed you well.
Our kitchen cooks the food Korean families actually eat at home. Soon tofu bubbling in a ttukbaegi, stews built on long-simmered broth, kalbi and bulgogi marinated in our own sauce, and banchan you can refill as many times as you like.
